Shipping within the United States
All orders ship free within the United States via UPS Ground/ Home Delivery, FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery, or USPS.
International Shipping
Please email info@oliveve.com for a custom international shipping quote. We are happy to help!
Most international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
If your order requires import duties prior to delivery, Oliveve is not responsible for those costs. The customer is responsible to pay for any associated import duties on their order.
Returns within the USA
To return your purchase, please email info@oliveve.com within 10 days of receipt. Oliveve does not pay for return shipping. Returns must be received in their original packaging; unworn and in their original condition. After your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You will receive a refund notification via email.
International Returns
In most cases, Oliveve does not accept returns on International orders because of the low international flat shipping rates. If you have a question or concern, please email info@oliveve.com after receiving and reviewing your order.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different handbag, please email info@oliveve.com within 10 days of receipt. Oliveve does not pay for exchange shipping.
