Shipping within the United States
All orders ship free within the United States via UPS Ground/ Home Delivery, FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery, or USPS.
Please email email@example.com for a custom international shipping quote. We are happy to help!
Returns within the USA
To return your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt. Oliveve does not pay for return shipping. Returns must be received in their original packaging; unworn and in their original condition. After your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You will receive a refund notification via email.
In most cases, Oliveve does not accept returns on International orders because of the low international flat shipping rates. If you have a question or concern, please email email@example.com after receiving and reviewing your order.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different handbag, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt. Oliveve does not pay for exchange shipping.
