Shipping within the United States
All orders ship free within the United States via UPS Ground/ Home Delivery, FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery, or USPS.
International Shipping
Please email info@oliveve.com for a custom international shipping quote. We are happy to help!
Most international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
If your order requires import duties prior to delivery, Oliveve is not responsible for those costs. The customer is responsible to pay for any associated import duties on their order.
Returns within the USA
To initiate a return, please email info@oliveve.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Oliveve cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed (please allow 2-4 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider).

If Oliveve is notified of your return request within 1–10 days after receipt: Full refund

If Oliveve is notified of your return request within 11–15 days after receipt: Refund minus a 5% restocking fee

If Oliveve is notified of your return request within 16–28 days after receipt: Refund minus a 10% restocking fee

If Oliveve is notified of your return request after 28 days: Returns cannot be accepted
International Returns
Oliveve does not accept returns on International orders. If you have a question or concern, please email info@oliveve.com after receiving and reviewing your order.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different handbag or store credit, please email info@oliveve.com within 10 days of receipt. Oliveve does not pay for exchange shipping.
